There are lots of tips and techniques for substituting for non vegan ingredients while still retaining the idea of traditional Italian food. I would rate the recipes in this book as medium to hard, generally not a book for the beginning cook or those pressed for time. The recipes are generally fairly low- fat but there are no nutritional breakdowns. This book was available on Amazon when I checked. |
